    This reminds me of shadow puppetry. The silhouette is so sharp. The outline of her open bill looks a like old fashioned hand shears used for clipping sheep's wool that we had on a farm. Funny how "art" can stimulate different thoughts for different people, depending on our life experiences. I think it looks better off to the side like this than placed in the centre. Well done.

    Yes, I like the bill being open as well. It adds a bit of life to the bird rather than a closed bill. If it was closed it would look like a cut out!
